Arthur Meighen became the Prime Minister in 1920, and remained there for a fairly short period of only a year and a half. Due to a situation in 1926, when he held the position of opposition of the house, he briefly returned to Prime Minister when King stepped down. His time in leadership seems mostly unmemorable – other than the fact he was a great debater and believed in standing up for what he considered right.
