The Canadian Children’s Book Centre is a non-profit organization based out of Toronto with a goal to help promote reading to children and families.
“We are dedicated to encouraging, promoting and supporting the reading, writing, illustrating and publishing of Canadian books for young readers. Our programs, publications, and resources help teachers, librarians, booksellers and parents select the very best for young readers.”
They are the home of several Canadian book awards, programs such as Children’s Reading Week, and a large resources library.
