10 Days of Learning In Every Experience

Life is full of learning opportunities and they aren’t just found in a textbook or workbook. Over the next two weeks, we’re going to take a look at ten different ways that your child can learn from various activities and experiences they encounter in everyday life.

Here’s what we’re going to look at:

  1. Geocaching
  2. Video games
  3. Moving
  4. Grocery Shopping
  5. Fandoms
  6. Entrepreneurship
  7. Libraries
  8. Housekeeping
  9. Pregnancy & Childbirth

This series is part of a group blogging event called Tips for Homeschool Moms. Check out some of these other great topics:

As if this amazing 10 day series from all these bloggers wasn’t enough. We’ve partnered up to bring you this cool giveaway – win a $150 eGift Card from Amazon.

The giveaway will run from Monday, June 3rd to Friday, June 14th at 11:59 EST.

  1. The best tip I can give to another Homeschooler is to not worry about what everyone else is doing. Find what works for you and your kids and go with it. It is going to look different, but that’s OK.

The best tip I can give a homeschooler is, although the days are loooong (some days especially) – the closer to the finish line you get the faster the days. Before you know it, it’s over. CHERISH EVERY MOMENT!!! Read a TON of books!!!!

  3. The best tip I can give other homeschoolers (even though I’m about to start my journey in August for the first time) is it’s going to be ok. Your kids will grow up to be great. You will look back and realize the rough days we’re just days. In the grand scheme of things, everything is going to be alright. Do your best and the rest will take care of itself. Everything is going to be ok.
