  1. Thanks for sharing about that video series. This is a topic that has been on my mind a lot lately as my oldest is approaching that age. Hopefully the next video is out soon!

    1. I think the 2nd video is out today and the 3rd on the 25th, then they have a new full course that you can buy if you’d like that is much more in depth. I think that Luke and Trisha are very “real” speakers. I appreciate their work!

  2. Great resource list! Love that it lists secular as well as Christian resources.

I received a copy of the book “It’s not the stork!” and found that we ended up having “the talk” without having “the talk.” My 6-year-old is fascinated by its pages. I disagree with some of the teaching in it, but I basically skip over those parts for now, and when she’s a little older and able to read on her own, I plan o talking about why those things might be an issue.

Thanks for all the great resources!

    Cheers

    1. I hadn’t heard of that book. Thanks for sharing 🙂 Sounds like it’s been a great conversation starter. I remember when I was growing up we had this awesome 3D pop up book that had a full section about pregnancy and I used to LOVE looking at that page all the time! Something about seeing a baby getting ready to be born which amazed me!

      1. That’s awesome! Kids are fascinated by the human body – I never grew out of that fascination – took phys ed in university 🙂

  3. I love the series “God’s Design for Sex.” The books are incremental for various age groups. The book my kids are the right ages for now “Before You Were Born” presents (respectfully and beautifully) sex as God’s “wedding gift” for the married couple
