Let’s Talk Science: Challenge!

If your child loves science, here’s a great event for them to join!

Let's Talk Science Challenge

“The Let’s Talk Science Challenge (formerly the All Science Challenge) is a free science enrichment event for Grades 6, 7 and 8 students across Canada. Beginning in January, teams of two to four students study the Let’s Talk Science Challenge handbook, which covers a range of science material and topics. This preparation culminates in a one day event that includes an exciting question and answer competition with a fun, hands-on design challenge that inspires students to acquire science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) knowledge beyond their curriculum. At the end of the day, the winners are celebrated, presented with medals, and crowned the Let’s Talk Science Challenge Champions.”

Last year, they had five homeschooler teams participate.

All competitions are held in April and May each year at participating Let’s Talk Science Outreach sites across Canada.  If you are interested in participating – please register right away as this tends to fill up very quickly. {Many of the major cities are already full!}
