For Canadian Hockey Fans

Hockey Canada has a website specifically for children. You can check it out at :

The whole website is mascoted by a polar bear named Puckster and offers children the chance to learn more about hockey in Canada.

On the site, kids can:

  • Design their own hockey cards.
  • Play online games like “The OneTimer Challenge” and a skills challenge.
  • Watch videos from hockey players with tips of the game.
  • Download an activity guide, which is more like a small magazine. It’s full of games, pictures of tips, facts, and puzzles.
  • Download a copy of Puckster and Pals – a small comic series about the website mascot and his friends as they play hockey together.
  • Print out colouring sheets and games.
  • Find computer wallpaper.
  • Download an 11-page pamphlet about hockey, rules, and basics.

From there, older children can move to reading ‘s main front page website with information about what’s going on in hockey nationally or visit websites of the Hockey Canada division that is closest to where they live

Great Canadian resource for the hockey fans in our homes.
