Chess’n Math Association

Have a chess lover? Want to expand on your kids’ chess skills? Here’s a Canadian association especially intended for young chess players – Chess’n Math.

Here you can buy books on strategy, chess based puzzles and exercises,and other teaching resources. As you explore through the website , you’ll learn about clubs that might be close to you, chess competitions and rankings across the country, Day camps and more.

They also have a chess magazine for kids called Scholar’s Mate. Lots of chess-related puzzles and exercises, information and LOTS more!

Chess is a great strategy game to teach young people – it’s involves a lot of logic and thinking, as well as being a lot of fun!

    I hate it when the chess board is set up on the wrong side. White is always on the right hand corner. Just to let you know.

      You are right!! Good catch ! I should really take a look at pictures I use instead of just slapping them into posts! Maybe I’ll try to find a new picture! Thanks for letting me know! 😀
